Requirements

• Training as an accountant or tax clerk
• Experience in customer service or call center (inbound preferred)
• Structured, independent work style and good time management
• Proficient use of digital tools and common communication systems
• Professional and empathetic demeanor, even in challenging situations
• Availability on weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00 (flexible scheduling)
• Own equipment (laptop, headset, stable internet connection)
