• Answer and process customer inquiries in Danish and German
• Support with technical issues and general customer inquiries
• Close collaboration with our team and clients in agile projects
• Documentation and efficient forwarding of complex cases

Requirements

• Fluent in Danish and good German
• Experience in customer service and a strong technical affinity
• Structured, independent working style with a secure handling of digital tools
• Experience in a remote environment, ideally in e-commerce
• Availability of 15–25 hours per week
• Empathy, reliability, and the ability to remain professional in stressful situations
