Freelancer: First Level Support (100% Remote) - Romanian & German

In Short

• Friendly and professional handling of customer inquiries via email and phone (inbound)
• Call-backs to clarify open issues
• Documentation and categorization of inquiries in our ticket system
• Support with administrative tasks in the back office
• Collaboration with our team to continuously optimize processes

Requirements

• Fluent language skills in Romanian and German (native or very high level)
• Experience in customer service or call center (inbound preferred)
• Structured, independent working style and good time management
• Proficient use of digital tools and common communication systems
• Professional and empathetic demeanor – even in challenging situations
• Availability weekdays between 08:00 and 18:00 (flexibly schedulable)
• Own equipment (laptop, headset, stable internet connection)
