In Short

• Answering and processing customer inquiries in Dutch, Danish, and German
• Support with technical issues and general customer inquiries
• Close collaboration with our team and clients in the context of agile projects
• Documentation and efficient forwarding of complex cases

Requirements

• Fluent language skills in Dutch and/or Danish as well as good German
• Experience in customer service and a strong technical affinity
• Structured, independent working style with a good command of digital tools
• Experience in a remote environment and ideally in E-Commerce
• Availability of 15–25 hours per week
• Empathy, reliability, and the ability to remain professional even in stressful situations
