Be a German Customer Hero (B2 level required) - Remote in Slovakia! This role offers full-time or part-time positions to fit your needs.

In Short

  • Provide exceptional support via phone, email, and chat in German.
  • Full-time: 1400 EUR gross + 100 EUR KPI bonus.
  • Part-time: Salary pro-rated based on working hours.
  • Work from home with flexible hours.
  • Comprehensive training program (remote).
  • Be part of a dynamic and growing team.
  • Shifts are planned for 7 hours and 45 minutes.
  • New hires will not be assigned early morning shifts.
  • Must speak German fluently at a B2 level.
  • Must have a positive and can-do attitude.
