Freelance Sales Support (German-speaking) - Remote

Scale Compass Germany GmbH supports innovative start-ups in entering the market in the DACH region. We are looking for reliable, German-speaking freelancers to assist our sales team with telephone customer outreach.

In Short

• Telephone contact with potential customers (Cold Calls) based on pre-qualified leads
• Communication with decision-makers in German
• Scheduling appointments and documentation in the CRM system
• Follow-up via email and maintenance of contact data
• Use of CRM (Zoho) and AirCall

Requirements

• German at a native or very high level
• English spoken and written at a communicative level (for internal communication)
• Preferred: Experience in B2B sales or telephone customer support
• Reliability, diligence, and strong communication skills
• Freelancer status and ability to invoice
