Overview

The Training and Quality Manager – Customer Service is responsible for enhancing the performance of the customer service team through targeted training initiatives and quality assurance programs.

  • Experience with quality monitoring tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
