Overview

The Training and Quality Manager at Wrist is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive training programs and quality assurance processes to ensure outstanding customer service and operational excellence.

  • Lead and mentor training and quality teams.
  • Participate in client calibration sessions to align quality expectations.
  • Support change management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and quality excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, or related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of Training and Quality Management experience.
  • Experience in training and/or quality assurance roles.
  • Strong understanding of customer service best practices.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in instructional design and learning management systems.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify actionable insights.
  • Relevant certifications in training or quality management preferred.
