Consumer Ecosystem Lead, Base - Remote

Overview

Base is looking for a passionate Consumer Ecosystem Lead who will help us build the onchain creative future. You’ll work with the engineering, product, and creative teams to realize Base’s mission of building a global onchain economy.

In Short

• Develop and execute strategic initiatives that position Base as the preferred network for creators, brands, developers and users.
• Maintain productive relationships with partners, establishing shared KPIs and resolving business, policy and technical issues.
• Provide recommendations for expansion opportunities that have a direct impact on product roadmaps and business goals.
• Work cross functionally with key stakeholders to optimize builder programs and experiences.

Requirements

• 8+ years relevant experience in technology, crypto, investing or consulting.
• An unrelenting passion for onchain media (e.g. social, games, creators, etc.) and a robust onchain resume.
• A results-driven mindset with humility and self-awareness.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Track record of driving positive partner experiences while properly setting expectations and holding difficult conversations.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects across internal and external stakeholders through clear communication, strong analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative), and a constant focus on operational excellence.
• Prior experience scaling a product, process, or idea to a developer community.

• Target annual salary range of $144,500 - $201,000.
