Solutions Architect - Canadian Public Sector - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Architect at Cohere will play a significant role in growing the Canadian Public Sector business, acting as a trusted technical advisor and leading initiatives that increase the adoption of Cohere products.

In Short

• Lead technical discussions with customers.
• Develop customer Proof of Concepts.
• Collaborate with partners to enhance customer strategies.
• Document processes for scaling the solutions architect team.
• Translate customer business objectives into technical solutions.
• Provide guidance on best practices for using Cohere products.
• Gather feedback to shape future product development.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering teams.
• Identify areas for improvement within the platform.
• Foster technical champions within customer organizations.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Canadian public sector technical pre/post sales.
• 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM solutions.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI technologies.
• Proficient in Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High tolerance for ambiguity and unstructured environments.
• Security Clearance is highly preferred.
• Experience managing Kubernetes clusters is a plus.
• Familiarity with networking protocols is preferred.
• Understanding of authentication protocols is advantageous.
