Country Manager - UAE - Remote

Overview

The Country Manager for the UAE will drive year-over-year revenue growth, developing & executing on customer and partner acquisition strategies. This leadership role is pivotal in cultivating and guiding the Sales team to surpass revenue targets & organizational goals.

• Develop and lead a go-to-market growth strategy for the UAE.
• Coordinate anchor partnerships and work with global account teams.
• Provide sales and operational leadership to cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Act as the primary representative of Cohere in the local market.
• Manage relationships with enterprise clients and partners.
• Analyze and report on local market trends and opportunities.
• Negotiate and close high-value deals.
• Maintain strong client engagement throughout project lifecycles.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in revenue growth and go-to-market efforts.
• Proven track record in enterprise-level consultative solution sales.
• Strong understanding of regional GTM strategy and customer success.
• Well-established network of senior-level contacts.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in a matrixed environment.
• Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Experience in AI or a related industry is highly desirable.
