Requirements

• 3-5+ years in application or production support, or similar technical roles.
• Strong proficiency in SQL queries is required.
• Prior scripting or programming experience, with familiarity in Git.
• Strong problem solving, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical problems into clear insights.
