Overview

The Innovative Consultant will manage a portfolio of small business clients, acting as a financial firefighter and strategic coach to drive urgent change and improve client performance.

In Short

• Manage 5-6 small business clients in a hybrid consulting model.
• Drive financial improvements and operational changes.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs.
• Travel approximately 3 days a week for client engagements.
• Deliver quantifiable value impacting financial statements.
• Lead development and implementation of business solutions.
• Manage full client relationships from origination to completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of consulting or equivalent experience.
• Strong financial literacy and project management skills.
• Ability to travel domestically across the U.S.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
• Valid driver’s license and current auto insurance.
• Experience managing budgets of $10M+ preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving and change management abilities.
• High emotional intelligence and people-oriented skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage conflicts.
