The Federation of Canadian Secondary Students / Fédération des élèves du secondaire au Canada (FCSS-FESC) is a non-partisan, youth-led charity dedicated to empowering high school students to create safer, more equitable, and inclusive schools and communities. Through a mutual aid model, FCSS-FESC places students at the heart of its initiatives, encouraging them to challenge systemic inequalities and engage in social justice efforts. The organization operates with an anti-oppressive and intersectional framework, aiming to inform and educate students while fostering a culture of advocacy and support.
