Business Management Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Business Management Consultant will join the senior management team to strengthen the operational backbone of the Federation of Canadian Secondary Students by documenting and streamlining core business functions.

In Short

• Conduct a comprehensive review of existing business operations.
• Develop internal documentation for standardizing processes.
• Create reference guides for core IT systems.
• Analyze pain points in organizational operations.
• Draft a comprehensive internal handbook.
• Collaborate with the Board of Directors for financial oversight.
• Propose automation tools to reduce administrative burden.
• Present findings to the Board of Directors.
• Lead a special project to improve organizational infrastructure.

Requirements

• Must be between 15 and 30 years of age.
• Must be a Canadian citizen or permanent resident.
• Must have a valid Social Insurance Number.
• Post-secondary degree in business or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with nonprofit operations.
• Comfort with productivity software.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Experience with bookkeeping or payroll is a plus.
• Excellent written communication skills.
