Overview

The EVP of Sales is responsible for leading and executing the overall sales strategy for a leading North American supplier of premier European equipment.

  • Lead the sales strategy for equipment distribution business.

Requirements

  • 8–12 years of sales experience, with 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in managing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of equipment distribution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as needed (40–60%).
  • Experience in planning and budgeting.
  • Strong understanding of business financials.
  • Core leadership focus on people and growth.
