Overview

The CGS Regional Commercial Director is responsible for leading Coface’s global sales strategy, driving top-line growth, and managing strategic relationships with key multinational clients and intermediaries.

In Short

  • Define and execute the global sales strategy aligned with Coface’s business objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through acquisition, retention, and expansion of global client portfolios.
  • Lead the CGS Marketing Action Plan and ensure saturation of high-potential targets.
  • Personally manage relationships with top-tier CGS clients and their intermediaries.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and promote continuous development.
  • Monitor portfolio performance, loss ratios, and profitability metrics.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and key intermediaries.
  • Oversee pricing strategies and renewal offers in collaboration with underwriting teams.
  • Provide senior management with insights on client needs and market trends.
  • Partner with the Risk department to manage loss ratios and ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Degree educated in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10 years of senior sales leadership experience.
  • Proven success in managing global client portfolios.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in multicultural and international environments.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and data analytics.
  • Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
