Account Officer - Remote

Overview

The Account Officer at Coface Global Solutions is responsible for managing and monitoring credit insurance programs for major accounts, coordinating existing relationships and contracts, and working closely with the Account Manager to develop and implement new contracts.

• Manage and follow up on credit insurance programs for major accounts.
• Coordinate actions among stakeholders in program management.
• Negotiate renewals and extensions in over 100 countries.
• Monitor commercial activity and prepare activity statistics.
• Oversee the billing process.
• Update the CRM system.
• Participate in market intelligence and process improvement.
• Work closely with the Account Manager to enhance client relationships.
• Ensure quality control of contractual documents.
• Provide high-quality service to clients.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in a financial institution, insurance company, or brokerage.
• Knowledge of client financing, debt management, and credit insurance.
• Strong organizational skills, autonomy, and rigor.
• Excellent communication and adaptability skills.
• Ability to work in project mode.
• Fluency in French and English; other languages are a plus.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
