Gemini is looking to hire a Chief Accounting Officer to lead financial operations in a rapidly-growing digital asset exchange.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in accounting or finance; advanced degree is a plus.
• 20+ years of accounting experience; Big 4 experience preferred.
• CPA or equivalent license required.
• Experience in regulated financial services is advantageous.
• Proven leadership in finance teams.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with financial accounting software.
• Understanding of GAAP and regulatory requirements.
• Experience with financing and M&A transactions is a plus.
