We are looking for a Federal Account Executive who will identify, qualify, progress, and close revenue opportunities with US DoD customers for Coder’s self-hosted Development Environment Platform.

In Short

  • Use your skills to increase the number of enterprise customers in the United States Department of Defense (DoD) and Federal System Integrators.
  • Communicate what Coder does and how we are different through demos and excellent follow-through.
  • Build a pipeline of qualified opportunities based on inbound leads and outbound hunting skills.
  • Work with technical peers to deliver an exceptional experience to prospective customers.
  • Establish relationships with key technical staff and decision-makers.
  • Travel as needed to prospects and customers and marketing events.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in software and/or SaaS prospecting and sales.
  • 3+ years of experience selling to the DoD and Federal System Integrators.
  • Experience selling to technologists/engineering and leadership.
  • Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, DevSecOps, developer tools, platform engineering, CI/CD, and the SDLC.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in both startup and large enterprise companies and/or the DoD.
  • Self-driven with consistent success in outbound prospecting.
  • Ability to collaborate well with Sales Engineers.
  • Track record of exceeding performance objectives.
  • Thrive in a collaborative environment.
