Overview

We are looking for a proactive and successful Business Developer with a track record of generating leads for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development services.

In Short

  • Identify, qualify, and create new business opportunities for IT staff augmentation and enterprise software development.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential and current clients.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to develop tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Create and present persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and RFPs.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor actions to identify potential areas for growth.
  • Achieve or surpass sales targets and support the company's revenue expansion.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in IT services or software development.
  • Strong understanding of staff augmentation and enterprise software solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Existing network in North America with enterprise-level clients (preferred).
