Compliance Manager I - Marketing - Remote

Overview

The Compliance Manager I- Marketing supports the bank by overseeing and implementing the Bank’s marketing compliance program and for managing the Marketing Compliance team. They will serve as the subject matter expert in marketing regulatory compliance and are responsible for addressing any marketing regulatory compliance items during the implementation of new products, services, or Partners.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance for a Bank or FinTech company.
• Prior management and leadership experience required.
• CRCM certification or specialized training in compliance is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of Bank and/or FinTech advertising rules.
• Strong investigative, problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects.
