Overview

The Patient Care Associate provides basic patient care and technical support under the supervision of a registered nurse, ensuring the well-being and quality of life for patients.

Requirements

• No degree required
• BLS certification from recognized organizations
• Three months of patient care experience or completion of a formal training program
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle physical demands of the job
• Must complete EKG and phlebotomy competencies within six months
