The Patient Care Associate (PCA) at Newton-Wellesley Hospital provides clinical support under the direction of a registered nurse, contributing to a safe and compassionate patient care environment.

Requirements

• Certification as a CNA, PCT, MA, or EMT required.
• Must be enrolled in or complete the NWH PCA Training Program.
• Nursing students preferred, especially in BSN or direct-entry Master's programs.
• Ability to work night shifts (11 PM - 7 AM).
• Must be able to work every other weekend and holiday.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
