Overview

The Contract Analyst is responsible for analyzing, drafting, and negotiating complex contracts to ensure compliance with Memorial’s policies, legal requirements, and business objectives.

Requirements

  • Master's degree required.
  • Two years of contract experience, preferably in healthcare.
  • Strong analytical and legal drafting skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • Experience with contract management software.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to interpret and explain contract terms.
  • Willingness to collaborate and incorporate feedback.
