Overview

Cloudinary is looking for a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our Professional Services team, where you will lead customer implementations and ensure successful project delivery.

• Lead implementation delivery from kickoff to go-live.

Requirements

• 5+ years in SaaS implementation consulting or project delivery.
• Experience leading end-to-end SaaS onboarding projects.
• Strong customer engagement and facilitation skills.
• Comfortable with technical configuration and product design.
• Experience with platforms like Cloudinary or Shopify is a plus.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
