Requirements

• 5+ years of Global HR Leadership experience in a technology/SaaS company.
• Experience in building culturally diverse environments for various workplace models.
• Strategic, innovative, and collaborative mindset.
• Ability to enable leadership and managers to drive actionable outcomes.
• Confident and polished presenter.
• Strong connection with employees at all levels.
• Willingness to work from and travel to global offices.
