Overview

As the VP of Human Resources at Serve Robotics, you will play a pivotal role in managing, retaining, and developing a high-performance team across multiple geographies, while fostering a strong data-driven and people-oriented culture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience.
• 5+ years in a senior leadership position.
• Expertise in Executive leadership development, People Ops, and DEIB.
• HR certification such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
• Experience in leading organizational change.
• Ability to influence through relationships and data.
• Strategic thinker with emotional intelligence.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and California labor law.
