Overview

As a Senior Renewal Account Manager, you will be responsible for owning and maximizing renewal value of Cloudflare’s largest Enterprise customers. You will do this by building and leveraging C-level relationships and presenting and articulating ROI with key stakeholders.

  • Drive alignment with the Sales team.
  • Participate in customer touch points.
  • Maintain long-term relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in sales or renewal management.
  • 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Expertise in SaaS retention and sales process.
  • Experience with senior or C-level stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
