Overview

This is a senior and critical role where you will be responsible for ensuring the success of Cloudflare’s Strategic Enterprise customers and managing all of their post-sale experiences. You will bring strong relationship-building experience, product knowledge, project management and organizational skills, as well as a high degree of empathy to ensure the customer’s satisfaction with Cloudflare’s services.

In Short

  • Responsible for customer adoption and value realization of Cloudflare Solutions.
  • Work closely with customers during the closing stages of the sales cycle.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Cloudflare solutions.
  • Drive retention and growth of your book of business.
  • Be a Trusted Advisor to your customers.
  • Develop long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Manage customer feedback and product needs.
  • Expected up to 30% travel across EMEA.
  • 5+ years of experience in Customer Success/Account Management.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud applications.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience with large multinational customers.
  • Understanding of SAAS/SASE/Cloud Applications landscape.
  • Strong understanding of computer networking.
  • Experience in cloud security and/or performance industries preferred.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills.
  • Track record of successful planning and execution of Executive Business Reviews.
  • German and English language skills required.
