Overview

As a Customer Solutions Engineer (CSE) at Cloudflare, you will be the trusted technical advisor throughout a customer’s lifecycle, ensuring they understand and utilize the Cloudflare platform effectively.

In Short

  • Serve as a trusted technical advisor for Enterprise customers.
  • Deliver organized onboarding and ensure customers see the full value of Cloudflare's products.
  • Build relationships to ensure customer retention and expansion.
  • Provide proactive technical guidance across all products.
  • Collaborate with various teams to assist with technical escalations.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion for existing customers.
  • Contribute to knowledge-sharing activities within the organization.
  • May require 20-30% travel for meetings and events.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English; Portuguese or Spanish is a plus.
  • 5-8 years of post-sales customer relationship management experience.
  • Deep understanding of internet protocols and security.
  • Experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
  • Ability to identify and solve problems proactively.
  • Technical curiosity and passion for internet technology.
  • Project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
