Accountant - Remote

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accountant to ensure appropriate monitoring of company finances. The candidate will support the preparation of annual statutory filings, tax compliance and ensure all activities are recorded in line with Local GAAP.

In Short

• Reconciliation of Indian GAAP to US GAAP on monthly basis.
• Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in Zoho Books.
• Monitoring purchase invoices and payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations and manage Zoho account reconciliations.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations.
• Work with legal and tax team for timely filings.
• Automate reporting and processes for efficiency.
• Perform other analysis and special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• 4+ years of relevant work experience.
• Accuracy and attention to details.
• Proficiency with NetSuite and Zoho’s suite of financial tools.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong grasp of accounting principles.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft suite and Google Workspace.
• Very high attention to detail.
