Senior Manager, Sales Engineering - US West - Remote

Overview

CloudBees is looking for a highly skilled, motivated and dynamic Senior Manager, Sales Engineering to lead and continuously improve our sales engineering team. This role oversees a team of sales engineers located in the Americas sales regions based in the United States.

• Understand our products, competitors, value proposition, and positioning.
• Connect and work with our customers directly.
• Deliver outstanding presentations while handling objections.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps.
• 10+ years of technical PreSales experience.
• Enjoy working in the field and solving technical challenges.
• Demonstrated technical background with motivation to improve skills.
• Familiar with software development, delivery, or operations.
• Experience with consultative, value-based sales methods.
• Knowledge of Command of the Message, MEDDPICC is desirable.
• Experience with Jenkins is a significant plus.
