Manager of Operations Analysis, Philanthropic Partnerships - Remote

Overview

The Manager of Operations Analysis, Philanthropic Partnerships will report to the Senior Associate Director of Operations, Philanthropic Partnerships. This role is responsible for collecting information, evaluating, prioritizing, tracking, and facilitating project and system updates, as well as enhancing collaborative efforts and procedures for the Philanthropic Partnerships team, in collaboration with colleagues across the organization.

• Facilitate collaboration between sub teams of Philanthropic Partnerships and other teams.
• Conduct needs assessments for current and forecasted projects.
• Identify opportunities for process and communication improvement.
• Manage project scope and ensure consistent information flow.
• Track and report on project milestones and risks.
• Lead coordination of collaborative cross-team efforts.
• Manage funder correspondence and annual contribution process.
• Document technical process workflows.
• Support organizational diversity and inclusion commitments.
• Provide excellent relationship management and collaboration.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• 3 years of experience with Salesforce or similar fundraising database.
• 2 years of experience with fundraising operations.
• Experience with complex projects focusing on data management.
• Adept at needs-analysis and prioritizing work.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities.

• Experience facilitating meetings and documenting decisions.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
