Senior Associate, Operations and Planning - Remote

Overview

The Senior Associate will support the Operations and Planning team’s mission to enhance ClimateWorks Operations and ensure that our ways of working reflect our Justice and Equity Commitments.

In Short

• Support operations for ClimateWorks, collaborating with various teams.
• Provide project management support for key operations efforts.
• Design and draft policies and processes that meet operational needs.
• Coordinate Operations support for ClimateWorks’ global footprint.
• Manage the review and revision of ClimateWorks policies.
• Develop visual aids and materials to communicate policies.
• Partner with operations teams for coordination of training and planning.
• Support a hybrid work approach and track its impact.
• Collaborate across teams to address new opportunities or challenges.
• Ensure an equitable and inclusive workplace culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Operations.
• Experience in Justice and Equity lens in operations work.
• Comfort with developing presentations for teams and leadership.
• Ability to join occasional calls outside standard hours.
• Experience building relationships in a virtual environment.
• Understanding of non-profit Operations and Finances.
• Experience with systems like Asana, Salesforce, and Slack.
• Ability to work effectively with minimal supervision.
