Overview

The Senior Coordinator, Food & Agriculture Funder Engagement, is responsible for coordinating philanthropic engagement and convenings for the ClimateWorks Foundation's Food & Agriculture Program.

• Coordinate philanthropic engagement and convenings online and in-person.
• Support the Funder Collaborations team to organize international climate funder meetings.
• Manage multiple funder working groups and collaborations.
• Ensure seamless logistics and attention to detail in project execution.

• Maintain communication with funders and stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of senior administrative work experience.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and project management software.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Commitment to a diverse and equitable work environment.
• Technical proficiency with meeting management platforms.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Experience in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of climate philanthropy is a plus.
