Overview

The Resilience Lead plays a pivotal role in advancing CBI’s initiatives to ensure that global investments rapidly integrate essential resilience strategies in response to escalating climate challenges.

In Short

• Act as Climate Bonds subject matter expert on Resilience and Adaptation.
• Keep abreast of market and industry developments in Resilience and Adaptation.
• Support the Chief Investment Officer to identify the fundraising strategy for Resilience.
• Execution of the global fundraising effort, cultivating donor relationships.
• Build coalitions that support the evolution of resilience priorities.
• Develop CBI’s work to track and report the adoption of resilience priorities.
• Participate in external initiatives to embed Climate Bonds Resilience priorities.
• Partner with the Head of Programme Design for feedback iteration.
• Engage with external third parties to articulate the programme strategy.
• Project manage the current pipeline of Resilience Projects.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in resilience and adaptation.
• Experience in fundraising and donor relationship management.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to build coalitions and partnerships.
• Understanding of sustainable finance.
