Events Executive - 12 Month FTC - Remote

Overview

Climate Bonds is seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Events Executive to support our events team in the organising and execution of our global annual events.

In Short

• Support the events team in planning and executing global events.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including sponsors and speakers.
• Coordinate event logistics and manage digital platforms.
• Assist in developing event marketing materials.
• Provide exceptional customer service to event attendees.
• Manage event registration and data entry.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback.
• Assist in creating event proposals and sponsorship packages.
• Work closely with the Event Manager and marketing team.
• Entry-level position with at least one year of related experience.
