Overview

We are currently growing our support team at ClickHouse who provides excellent service to our customers around the world. We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our global Support Engineering team. This is a customer-facing role that will include customer interactions via chat, calls, Slack messages, and virtual meetings over video.

In Short

  • Supporting and guiding ClickHouse users, customers, and prospects.
  • Developing solutions based on ClickHouse Cloud and open-source.
  • Working closely with global teams to define user functionality.
  • Mentoring and training colleagues and customers.
  • Delivering excellent customer service as a first-line technical engineer.
  • Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers.

Requirements

  • Technical breadth in ClickHouse or relevant domains.
  • Previous experience in technical roles such as Support Engineer or Database Administrator.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work remotely.
  • A mindset of teamwork and problem-solving.
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn and grow.
