Overview

The Director of Commercialization will lead the development and implementation of an end-to-end stage gate process for launching new products, from concept development to market introduction while identifying and implementing cost-saving initiatives. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a deep understanding of the food industry.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Supply Chain, Engineering or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years in product management or commercialization, preferably in the food industry.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze market data and financial reports.
  • Food Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with food safety regulations and supply chain processes.
  • Financial Acumen: Experience with budget management and cost control.
