Overview

The Strategic Pricing Director of Commercialization at BeyondTrust will lead the development of pricing strategies and commercialization efforts for new products, ensuring optimal market penetration and revenue generation.

In Short

  • Spearhead the development and execution of revenue-led commercialization strategy
  • Ensure E2E execution of all operational elements for all commercial offerings
  • Partner with sales enablement for GTM training at each launch
  • Cultivate a working relationship with the sales teams and leaders
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategy
  • Develop initiatives to showcase offerings effectively
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of pricing initiatives
  • Implement KPIs to track the success of new product launches
  • Create a shared understanding of strategy with stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (advanced degree preferred)
  • 7-10 years’ experience in product management or strategic pricing
  • Experience managing multiple projects to deadline and budget
  • Data-driven mentality with a focus on market trends
  • Experience working with engineers and product management
  • Experience delivering complex software products from inception to launch
  • Deep understanding of the security/identity management industry
  • Strong technical understanding to work with engineers
  • Entrepreneurial self-starter
