Overview

The Quality Documentation Specialist will own several functions related to specification data quality, regulatory compliance, and change management of Clean Simple Eats products, ensuring specifications are current and correct.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Regulatory Science, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant industry project management experience.
• Understanding of the product development process.
• Knowledge of Specification and Data Management systems.
• Understanding of North American labeling laws.
• Ability to generate compliant Supplement and Nutrition Facts Panels.
• Experience with product claim substantiation analysis.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to work across multiple departments.
• Proficiency in advanced computational software.
