Chronic Care Staffing is Hiring a Remote CMA/RMA Enrollment Coordinator!

In Short

  • Full-time remote position.

  • Responsible for connecting patients to the Chronic Care Management (CCM) Program.
  • Identify eligible patients and obtain verbal consent.
  • Explain program benefits and develop initial care plans.

Requirements

  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA).
  • Passion for patient care and chronic disease management.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to educate patients and families.
  • Experience in healthcare settings.
  • Knowledge of CMS guidelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
