Enrollment Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Enrollment Coordinator is a vital member of Minerva University’s Enrollment team, responsible for guiding students through the enrollment journey—from initial inquiry through application submission, admission, enrollment, and course start, as well as providing key operational support to the Enrollment Team at large.

In Short

• Support daily operations of the Enrollment Team.
• Assist with CRM management and data tracking.
• Manage onboarding and training of work study students.
• Coordinate recruitment cycle events and campaigns.
• Serve as a point of contact for prospective and enrolled students.
• Conduct outreach to targeted student pipelines.
• Guide students through the enrollment funnel.
• Monitor applicant progress and address obstacles.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure student readiness.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to enhance student experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1-3 years of experience in university admission or counseling preferred.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.
• Experience with educational systems outside the U.S. preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a remote team.
• Experience with Technolutions Slate CRM preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.
• Availability for extended hours and weekends as needed.
