Enrollment Coordinator - Remote

Overview

The Enrollment Coordinator position is an opportunity to flex your skills in evaluating and understanding the needs of youth, mentors, and parents/guardians. This role utilizes skills in screening, interviewing, and preparing applicants on both sides of the mentoring relationship.

In Short

• Conduct youth and volunteer enrollments, including orientations and interviews.
• Assess and refer volunteers to training opportunities.
• Maintain Salesforce documentation with high accuracy.
• Collaborate with service delivery staff for smooth transitions.
• Participate in agency events for fundraising goals.
• Meet goals for new matches activated and quality measures.
• Support volunteer training and match introductions.
• Display high-level proficiency in child safety and risk management.
• Work evenings and weekends consistently.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in child development, social sciences, or health sciences.
• Understanding of child development and family dynamics.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
• Ability to work independently and exercise good judgment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience with underserved populations is a plus.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work evenings and weekends.
