Overview

The Enrollment Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting prospective students' enrollment processes by serving as a primary point of contact and assisting Enrollment Coaches.

• Serve as a critical point of contact for students through various communication methods.
• Coordinate with other departments for enrollment support.

Requirements

• Knowledge of challenges faced by prospective students in higher education.
• Skill in delivering a world-class customer service experience.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, Associate's degree required.
