Overview

The Customer Service Associate serves as the front line to the Personal Support Center (PSC), actively fielding calls, emails, and chats to exceed service level agreements while providing first-level problem determination and troubleshooting.

Requirements

  • Entry-level understanding of Customer Service Principles.
  • Entry-level understanding of Technical Skills.
  • Customer Service and/or Technical background.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule.
  • Ability to maintain call quality under time constraints.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Associates Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
