Axiom Learning, an education firm whose mission is to catalyze the positive transformation of education delivery globally, is looking for a high-energy, positive personality for the role of Sales Enrollment Coordinator. At Axiom Learning, we work with kids of all ages and profiles to help them master and excel in their academic subjects. In particular, Axiom not only supports our students academically, we also coach our kids in Executive Functioning skills like time management, organization, and avoiding procrastination. Axiom also understands that every child has a unique learning profile and distinct academic and socio-emotional needs. As such, our curriculum is customized for each of our students to help bolster their learning goals. From textbooks to the real world, whether for extra support or looking for more challenges, Axiom Learning offers effective educational instruction. Our proprietary LEAP and Executive Functioning curricula is the gold standard for supporting students who are struggling in school (often diagnosed with learning challenges like ADHD, Dyslexia, Cognitive Processing Delays or Executive Functioning Disorder). We have extensively tested all of our programs in our learning centers and have been working with charter schools for the last couple of years with transformative results. We also have pro bono projects in place that focus on helping students from low-income districts as well as refugees who otherwise would never be able to afford our services. In order for our mission to be successful, the Sales Enrollment Coordinator role is crucial: you will be responsible for hitting financial targets as well as driving and maintaining relationships with our clients. You will be successful in this role if:

In Short

  • You are driven by a bigger mission to transform education delivery and understand the importance of meeting financial targets to achieve that mission;
  • You take a proactive approach to identifying areas for new business opportunities, including but not limited to active searches locally and beyond via internet basis, conducting phone calls, networking through existing contacts and clients, etc.
  • You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable with analyzing business trends (financial and otherwise);
  • You enjoy gathering and analyzing sales data to inform and adjust your approaches
  • You enjoy working with people and are comfortable developing relationships with a wide range of personalities;
  • You are a quick and adaptable learner.

Requirements

  • 2 years previous inside sales experience ideally in the Education Sector
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Fully remote but must reside in North Carolina

Benefits

  • Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year plus commission plus healthcare benefits.
