Chronic Care Staffing is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) to join our growing Virtual Staffing team. In Short

• Conduct outbound calls to patients regarding health status and follow-up care.
• Assist with virtual patient intake and care coordination activities.
• Complete prior authorizations and referrals daily.
• Support physicians with accurate documentation and patient updates.
• Maintain efficiency while managing high-volume communication.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
• Learn and adapt to virtual workflows and documentation systems.
• Take on additional responsibilities as you grow within the organization.

Requirements

• Must be a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA).
• Experience in patient care coordination.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to follow HIPAA guidelines.
• Detail-oriented and compassionate.
