Remote Registered Dietitian

Overview

Chronic Care Staffing is seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Dietitian licensed in South Carolina to join our fully remote Chronic Care Management team.

In Short

• 100% Remote position (Work from Anywhere in the U.S.)
• Full-Time schedule (Monday–Friday, 8-hour shift)
• Pay Rate: $28–$33 per hour
• Conduct one-on-one virtual nutrition coaching sessions
• Monitor and respond to patient weight readings and health metrics
• Develop personalized meal plans and lifestyle recommendations
• Support patients using GLP-1 medications such as Ozempic
• Collaborate with physicians and care teams
• No hospital rotations or commute
• Meaningful virtual patient impact

Requirements

• Must be a Registered Dietitian with a valid South Carolina license
• Experience in chronic disease management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms
• Data-driven approach to patient care
• Commitment to patient-centered care
• Experience with EMR systems
